Kairos dance began as a vision to see God speak through the creative arts

Why Kairos?
Because the appointed (kairos) time is upon us.

It doesn’t take much to see that humanity is broken. We live in a polarized world filled with misinformation and toxic opinions. Words are becoming harder and harder to use to communicate our hearts. Despite our best efforts to fix our broken world, we inevitably fail. Now more than ever, we need a message of hope.

Why Dance?
Because art can speak to the heart like nothing else can.

So often, words are inadequate to convey the sentiments of our hearts. The vision of Kairos Dance is to invite God to speak His message of truth and hope through the visual medium of dance. Dance and the arts have the ability to bridge gaps and overcome barriers that would otherwise be uncrossable.

God makes us an incredible offer: He wants a personal relationship with us, not a religious set of rules and regulations that we have to follow. In sacrificial love, God gave His Son Jesus as our only source of salvation. This Good News can easily get lost in these chaotic times. My desire is that Kairos Dance will clearly and creatively communicate God’s unchanging love to a world in desperate need of hope.
